e-Alps can provide the rental of an e-bike adapted to the proposed trips. During the trip, the e-bike is under the participant's sole responsibility, and any eventual damages that go beyond normal wear and tear are at the participant's charge.
We advise you to take out a liability insurance policy when renting the e-bike to avoid any potential problems concerning the equipment.
To be able to create a trip of the highest quality, we try to keep our groups small. Generally, a group will be composed of 4 to 10 people, and the number of accompanying guides depends on the group size and their experience.
Do you want to create a private group with family or friends? We can make sure your group is privatised for an additional fee.
Our trips are all-inclusive but go even beyond that :-)
From the moment you join us to the day you leave, everything is included as part of the experience: cable car trips, shuttles, picnics, snacks, accommodation, half board, e-bike rental, bag transport, mechanical support and the guides’ services. Everything you need to make your experience an unforgettable one!
The only things that aren’t included are spare parts, drinks, or restaurants if the group decides to change the schedule.
Of course, we’ve had a lot of guests come by themselves.
After the first picnic together, you’ll already have become part of the team. We’ve found great friendships to form during our trips. The shared physical challenge is a great conversation starter. In the evening, you’ll be sharing a room with one of your new friends. However, it is always possible to request a single room, if you prefer privacy, for an additional fee.
e-Alps will take care of bringing you back to the starting point of the adventure. However, if you want to continue your holiday at the arrival point, let us know. We’d be happy to give you suggestions on hotels and activities in the region.

We’ve prepared a Kit list for you with all the equipment we recommend you bring. Please remember that our adventures occur in the mountains, where the weather can be unpredictable. Therefore, it’s important to have enough warm clothes and some waterproof layers, so that you’ll be happy and warm whatever the weather!
We recommend the following international airports to reach the starting point of your trip. It is easy to take public transport or a taxi from these airports to get where you need to be.
Geneva International Airport
-UNESCO Haute Route, 3 Country Haute Route, Chamonix - Zermatt Haute Route, Verbier - Zermatt Haute Route, Family & Friends Haute Route
Zürich International Airport
-Graubünden Haute Route, Alpine Circle Ruta (Ost & Vest)
Depending on the trip you choose, we’ll be staying in a selection of typical alpine accommodations. From mountain huts, inns, or historical hotels to spa hotels, we can guarantee comfort every night. You’ll normally be staying in a double room with one of your travelling companions. However, it is possible to book a single room for an additional fee.
When staying in typical mountain huts, we’ll sometimes be sharing a dormitory. Perhaps it’s less comfy, but it’s definitely cosy and convivial!
Our guides will be happy to advise you on your riding style, so that during the trip, you’ll become more confident and enjoy even more.
If you think that a particular section is too difficult, don’t hesitate to go at your own pace.
If you feel unwell at any point during the day or no longer wish to ride, our follow-up vehicle will happily take you to the evening’s accommodation to rest and recover.
It’s all part of the adventure! All you need is an anorak and some good shoes, and we’re good to keep going, adapting the itinerary to the conditions. That beer’s going to taste so much better if you’ve weathered the elements to earn it :-)
We could shorten or modify the route, but only if the originally planned one becomes too risky due to the conditions.
We’ll be here to help bring your spirits up – why not grit your teeth and do a few more pedal strokes? :-) Otherwise, you can always change to easy mode on your e-bike. Having two batteries per day means you can ride the whole way at a level you’re comfortable with.
If all else fails, our logistics team can also arrange to meet you, take care of you and take you to the next accommodation.
Our guides are experts in the field, and, in most situations, they can help you directly. Otherwise, our logistics team is always on hand to assist, whether to repair the bike or give you another one. The repair fees are at the expense of e-Alps. You’ll have to pay for spare parts or the rental of a spare e-bike.
